Depression
Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals experiencing OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, and related behavioral health concerns.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition that involves recurring unwanted thoughts, fears, urges, or mental images (obsessions) that can lead to repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions).
OCD is more than being organized or liking things a certain way. OCD can significantly impact emotional wellness, daily functioning, relationships, school, work performance, and overall quality of life.
Many individuals with OCD experience intrusive thoughts that feel distressing, overwhelming, or difficult to control. In response, individuals may engage in compulsive behaviors, avoidance patterns, reassurance seeking, checking, mental rituals, or repetitive routines in an attempt to reduce anxiety or distress.
