Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals experiencing depression, emotional overwhelm, stress, and related behavioral health concerns.
Depression is more than simply feeling sad or having a difficult day. Depression can affect emotional wellness, energy levels, motivation, concentration, sleep, relationships, work performance, and overall quality of life.
Individuals experiencing depression may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, hopeless, exhausted, or lose interest in activities they once enjoyed. Depression can impact people differently and may range from mild to severe.
Without support, depression may begin to interfere with daily functioning, emotional regulation, physical health, and personal relationships.
