Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center is proud to offer Tempus® Pharmacogenomic (PGx) Genetic Testing as part of our personalized approach to psychiatric medication management when clinically appropriate.
Genetic testing analyzes how your body may process certain psychiatric medications, providing our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with additional information to help guide medication selection and dosing. While genetic testing does not diagnose mental health conditions or determine exactly which medication will work best, it can provide valuable insights that support more informed treatment decisions.

Our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) provides Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for veterans and service members when clinically
appropriate. DBQs are standardized forms used by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to document mental health conditions and their impact on daily functioning as part of the disability evaluation process.
