PTSD
Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center provides compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for individuals experiencing PTSD, trauma-related stress, emotional overwhelm, and related behavioral health concerns.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related concerns can develop after experiencing or witnessing distressing, overwhelming, or traumatic events. Trauma can affect emotional wellness, relationships, sleep, concentration, physical health, and daily functioning.
Individuals experiencing PTSD or trauma-related symptoms may feel constantly on edge, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, fearful, or emotionally numb. Trauma responses can impact both the mind and body and may continue long after a stressful or traumatic experience has occurred.
Trauma affects each person differently, and healing is not always linear. With appropriate support, individuals can learn healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and regain a greater sense of safety and stability.
