How to Refer
Referring to Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center is simple and secure.
Providers may submit referrals by:

- Contacting our office directly for coordination
Once a referral is received, our intake team reviews the information, verifies insurance when applicable, and contacts the individual to discuss next steps.

After receiving a referral:
