With over 15 years of experience, she combines evidence-based therapy with innovative mental health technology to support anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and maternal mental health. Her work is rooted in compassion, accessibility, and whole-person healing.

As a mindful therapist, Janet meets clients where they are on their unique mental health journeys. She offers compassionate guidance, practical tools, and clinical expertise to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-awareness, and peace of mind—supporting both personal and professional growth.
Janet is deeply committed to a growth-oriented, client-centered approach to therapy. She creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Her work integrates evidence-based clinical practices with holistic, body-based, breathwork, and mindfulness-informed approaches to support lasting mental health and overall well-being.
Her integrative counseling style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is enriched by her training as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Holistic Wellness Coach.
Janet works with individuals, couples, and groups and has extensive experience supporting concerns such as anxiety and mood disorders, depression, stress and anger management, panic attacks, chronic pain, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. Her trauma-informed practice also includes work with intergenerational and racialized stress and trauma.

Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Amber Mendoza is a Limited License Professional Counselor who specializes in working with military service members, veterans, and their families, as well as adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ptsd depression, and life transitions.
She supports clients experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic symptoms, mood instability, and stress-related conditions, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced within military and veteran communities, including reintegration, relationship stress, and identity transitions.
Amber also provides family counseling, helping families strengthen communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution to build healthier, more supportive relationships.
Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term coping skills.

Denise provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing complex and co-occurring mental health conditions. She works with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar I and II disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. She also supports individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse and relational trauma.
Denise specializes in treating concurrent mental health and substance use disorders, offering structured, evidence-based interventions that promote stability, insight, and long-term recovery. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen emotional regulation, improve decision-making, and support sustainable behavioral change.

Sarah Hughson is a clinical mental health counselor with advanced training in sport psychology and mental performance. As a former professional athlete, she brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and firsthand experience to her work with athletes and high-performing individuals.
Sarah specializes in helping clients strengthen confidence, focus, resilience, and emotional regulation, recognizing that mental health plays a critical role in both performance and overall well-being. She works with athletes across all levels—including youth, collegiate, and professional—supporting them in navigating performance pressure, anxiety, and the mental demands of competition.
Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, to help clients develop practical skills that enhance both performance and daily functioning.
In addition to her work with athletes, Sarah supports individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, helping them build sustainable coping strategies and improve overall mental wellness.
