Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center is seeking a Michigan Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) with a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) credential to provide substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment.
Responsibilities

Conduct substance use assessments

Provide individual counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders

Develop treatment plans and relapse prevention strategies

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Coordinate care with therapists, psychiatric providers, primary care physicians, and community agencies

Provide both in-person and telehealth services
-
Participate in community outreach, networking, and referral development to grow your practice
Qualifications

Michigan LLPC
-
Current CAADC credential
-
Experience treating substance use disorders

Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Self-motivated and professional

Comfortable building relationships with referral sources and community partners
